I loved my trip and my stay at the Laura hotel. The hospitality was amazing from the check in. Yari and Steven went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. They recommended great locations and activities. Shout out to Yari for sending my friend a birthday special (we love her). We love Daniel he made my friend birthday brunch special. The presentation on the food is amazing. Shout out to Allen he recommended great reggaeton clubs. I told him I love bad bunny and he recommended great clubs. He opened the door every time we left the hotel. He helped me walked in side the hotel when I my feet were hurting from the walk. David, we love him him. Personality is amazing. Joe (at the bar) made me friend and I feel very welcome, great conversation, welcoming and personality. Don’t get me started on Joe lemon drop. He made the best drop I. All I can say is the Laura hotel is the best place to visit when you visit in Houston.

I came here for here for my birthday celebration and the front desk was so lovely and kind and her name is Yari & I really appreciate good hospitality and Steve as absolutely so kind and respectful. When we went to the bar David was the best and he was constantly checking on us. We came to the bar Monday afternoon and Joe was so nice to talk to and he was so respectful and kind to us. I really love this love this hotel and I had the best birthday at this hotel. Allen at the front door was nothing but so amazing and open our car doors for us every time and he has such an amazing energy so respectful and professional. I’m definitely coming back out here very soon. I live it here at the Laura Hotel.

I would love to give 0 stars if possible. It’s insane to charge that much a night and can’t even warm up your own food, let alone get your own ice. Rude front desk expect for Steven! Everyone else was rude and unprofessional, had so many hidden fees that it’s not even funny. Couldn’t even ask a question without anyone at the front desk taking you serious.

Everything from Valet to checking to Cedrick in the restaurant and not to mention the food was excellent. If you are looking for a comfortable upscale hotel the Laura is a good place for a weekend getaway or a weeks for work. My husband come downtown all the time and love to pick different places, and this is a nice place we will return to.
